Refund & Return Policy
At Vault24, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Every watch is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The watch is unworn and in its original condition.

The watch is returned with all original packaging and accessories.

The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

The watch has not been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Vault24.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
As delivery is provided free of charge, the original delivery service is not separately refunded. Any applicable return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs or videos of the issue.
After assessment, Vault24 may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Where the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery, Vault24 will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect, water exposure beyond the watch's stated specifications, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for an exchange.

Vault24 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
